Support for the moment you are actually in.

Practical PDA guidance for real family life - when you need calm, clear responses rather than another explanation that does not fit your child.

When ordinary parenting advice makes everything harder

You may be carefully choosing every word, trying to manage transitions, reducing pressure and still wondering why something that looked small became enormous.

You may feel judged for adapting, exhausted by constant decision-making or unsure whether you are supporting your child or getting everything wrong.

You are not failing. Your child may be responding to demand, uncertainty, loss of autonomy, overwhelm or a nervous system that no longer feels safe enough to cope.

Understanding that can change the next moment

Our PDA support helps parents look beneath behaviour, reduce unnecessary pressure and find language that protects connection.

It is not about making your child comply more effectively. It is about understanding what may be happening and responding in a way that creates greater safety, predictability and trust.

Behaviour Decoded:
Understanding Your PDA Child

If you are tired of collecting PDA strategies but still do not know what to do when a behaviour appears in your own home, Behaviour Decoded takes you deeper.

This is our structured parent course designed to help you look beneath behaviour, understand the possible drivers underneath it and work out what might need to change – rather than simply trying another strategy and hoping it fits.

We explore the nervous system, demand avoidance, boundaries, aggression, burnout, school distress, bedtime and many of the everyday situations PDA families find themselves trying to make sense of.

The aim is not to give you one “correct” response. It is to help you build a repeatable way of understanding your own child.

A supportive space, not a replacement for individual professional care

Our resources and communities offer education, reflection and peer support. They do not provide diagnosis, medical advice, crisis support or individual therapeutic care.

You do not have to work every moment out alone.
